I understand and acknowledge that by agreeing to Golf Poker’s Terms & Services, I have knowingly and voluntarily given up certain legal rights and/or possible claims which I might otherwise assert or maintain against Golf Poker including, but not limited to any claims, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs, suits, and liabilities for actions or inactions, negligence, or fault of Golf Poker.

By using the Golf Poker App,  I acknowledge that if anyone is injured or property is damaged while using the services of Golf Poker, I  have waived my right to assert any legal claims, including filing a lawsuit, against Golf Poker on the basis of any claim from which I have released Golf Poker herein.

I hereby voluntarily release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Golf Poker, it’s parent company LOL Apps Inc including its officers, owners, employees, volunteers, participants and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, from any and all liability, claims, demands, fines, penalties, costs, suits, losses, actions or right of action, injuries, death, illness or disease (both physical or mental), and damages to property, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my use of the Golf Poker App, including, but not limited to the actions or inactions, negligence or fault of Golf Poker.
